ESPA银奖第一名项目：浙江衢州莲花乡村国际未来社区是中国首个联合国SUC可持续社区标准试点的乡村社区项目，也是首个入围国际花园城市“项目类”决赛的中国乡村社区项目。以其“人本化、田园化、科技化、融合化”等领域的创新实践，开创了“生产、生活、生态”协调发展、产村人文融合发展的新路径，成为中国乡村振兴和乡村社区建设的新样本，是首次以乡村的视角向全世界讲述中国浙江首创的“大花园”和“未来社区”的建设模式、标准、制度和品牌。 1st Silver: Lianhua International Rural Future Community is the first pilot project for rural community construction in China, carrying out the UN’s SUC Standard, and China’s first LivCom finalist of rural community project. With its innovative practices in the fields of “human-orientation, gardenization, science and technology, integration”, it has created a new path for collaborative development of “production, life and ecology” and the development of cultural integration between industry and village. It has been become a new sample for China’s rural revitalization and rural community construction. It is the first time to introduce to the world the construction model, standard, system and brand of “Grand Garden” and “Future community” pioneered in Zhejiang, China from a rural perspective. 菲律宾生态学校项目 Eco-friendly School Project, Vallehermoso, Philippines
银奖第一名项目：Guba国立高中是一所将“生态环保”贯彻到底的高校。在2018-2019年S.Y.项目中，该学校曾获得了地区环境与自然资源部（DENR）“sigbol Award”的奖项，并被评为最有前途的环保和可持续发展学校。通过校长、教师、学生、家长、地方和国家官员的共同努力，学校在提供优质教育的同时，仍不忘在各项活动、安排、举措中牢记环保和可持续实践。学校不忘初心，始终坚守促进生态友好和可持续发展的美好愿景。 1st Silver: Guba National High School (Guba NHS) is a high school that upholds the philosophy “ecological conservation protection” thoroughly. In the S.Y. 2018-2019, the school was honored the “sigBOL Award” granted by the Regional Department of Environment and Natural Resources (DENR) and was recognized as the Most Promising Eco-Friendly and Sustainable School. With the collaborative efforts made by principals, teachers, students, parents, local and national officials, the school provides quality education while keeping environmental protection and sustainable practices in mind. 铜奖项目：格丁尼亚是一个居民满意率高达90%的生态城市。其一直制定并践行可靠、可行的环境保护计划和生态战略，例如其可供居民线上参与城市规划的居民账户、可供居民户外充电的智能太阳能长椅、供居民出行的创新型锂电池无轨电车、单车以及相应配套设施、深化居民环保意识的项目等。 Bronze: Gdynia is an eco-city with a 90% satisfaction rate of residents. It has formulated and implemented reliable and feasible environmental protection plans and ecological strategies, such as Resident Account for citizens’ online participation in city planning, Smart Solar Benches for outdoor charging, Trolleybus based on Li-on Battery, CARGO bicycles and corresponding supporting facilities for transportation, programs deepening the residents’ awareness of environmental protection, etc. 技术方案奖TSA 马来西亚吉隆坡生命之河（ROL）：第7辖区 River of Life (ROL) Precinct 7, Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia
金奖第一名：该项目为整体工程的第一阶段，于2014年开工，2017年竣工，但被是为是一揽子计划中最为成熟的先去。对河流的认知从城市化中被人忽略、被人视为垃圾处理的最简单方式转变为可以提高居民生活质量、打造充满活力、宜居且具有高经济价值的滨水区域的关键因素。围绕沿河景观、建筑、街景、历史文化以及城市多样性，充分发挥河流在人文、自然、经济各方面的连通作用，合理利用空间，创建更为活跃、宜居、可持续发展的城市，提高居民的满足感、自豪感、认同感以及归属感。 1st Gold: This project was carried out as the main action in Phase I, started in 2014 and completed in 2017, which has been regarded as the most mature practice of the whole action package. The attitude towards river has shifted from ignoring during the course of urbanization and being seen as the easiest way to dispose of waste to being a key factor in improving the life quality of citizens and creating vibrant, livable and economically valuable waterfront areas. Focusing on the landscape, architecture, streetscapes, history, culture and urban biodiversity, the river has been given full play to its connecting role in all aspects of humanity, nature and economy. The project improves land use along the river, creates a more active, livable and sustainable city so as to improve residents’ sense of satisfaction, pride, identity and belonging. 马来西亚吉隆坡提提旺萨湖花园升级工程 The Upgrading Works of Titiwangsa Lake Gardens, Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia
金奖第二名：提提旺萨湖花园本就是当地有名的一个旅游与休闲景点，历经18个月的美化、升级和翻新工程，进一步充实了园区内的各项设施，兼顾休憩娱乐的特征，吸引了大量的游客。在其再设计建设过程中秉持着“包容性”的核心理念，将老弱病残（包括特殊疾病患者，例如自闭症患者）也纳入考虑之中。设计理念创新性囊括了“可以在instagram上分享”和“值得在YouTube上分享”两点，并从网络搜索关键词“Taman Tasik Titiwangsa”“Titiwangsa Lake Gardens（提提旺萨湖花园）”反馈来看得到一致好评。 2nd Gold: Titiwangsa Lake Gardens is a famous local tourist and leisure attraction. After 18 months of beautification, upgrading and renovation, it has further enriched the facilities in the park and attracted a large number of tourists. The core concept of “inclusiveness” has been adopted in its redesign and construction, with the elderly, the sick and the disabled (including patients with specific diseases, such as autism) taken into consideration. The park is also designed with ideas like “instagrammable” and “YouTube worthy”creatively, and has received unanimous Likes while searching keywords “Taman Tasik Titiwangsa” or “Titiwangsa Lake Gardens” online. |
